Vertigo Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vertigo.

Vertigo: Proximity Chat is a location-based messaging app that lets users communicate with people nearby.

Vertigo is operated by Mapplin OÜ ("Mapplin", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vertigo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using Vertigo, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Mapplin OÜ.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vertigo.

By using the Service you represent that:

3. Nature of the Service

Vertigo is a platform that enables nearby users to discover one another and exchange messages.

Mapplin does not control what users say. You are responsible for your conduct and the content you share.

4. Location and Safety

The Service relies on location to determine proximity. Meeting people in person always carries risk. Use caution, meet in public places if you choose to meet, and do not share information you would not want a stranger to have.

Vertigo is not a background-check, dating, or emergency service. Mapplin is not responsible for the actions of other users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or exploit other users
• use the Service to commit a crime
• impersonate another person
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service

6. Termination

You may stop using Vertigo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vertigo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
